I swear I saw the base value for Nour-Houda's 1t-2a sequence come up as 2.96, but isn't a 2a worth 3.3? Is Skate Canada's scoring software still using the old value for sequences where they only get 70% of the base value? (Or do I just need more sleep? That's entirely possible...)

I think you're right and it has been corrected in the protocol.

Lyons opened with a nice triple toe double axel sequence. Struggled with the triple loop and double axel, but a nice triple salchow. Oops down on a double loop. Second triple toe was nice. Double lutz double sal combo. I think her jumps are done. I agree with @Rukia the music sounds off...

Théroux popped her lutz to a single but she's landed a few other nice triples including a double axel triple toe. Nice triple sal to double axel. She looks a little cautious. Nice triple toe. Final jump is a triple salchow. Shame about the lutz but this could move up a lot.

Théroux looks really happy, nice fist pump after the program. Negative GOE on her choreo sequence but I must have looked down or something because I didn't see anything bad.

Aside from the one pop, that was a really great skate for Rose!

I'd like to see her reach out more with her performance, and make her movements "bigger" overall.
