Shi went down on the triple lutz but I don't think she was attempting this jump last year so at least she went for it.

Hetty is such a mature graceful skater, she really feels the music.

Lovely clean shirt by Rose and nice distance in her triple toe triple toe, she really had nice flow out of her jumps. I can see her getting a JGP if her long is similar.

And her skate was lovely too

Gorgeous 3flip-3toe from Hetty, she is such a lovely skater. Shame about the 3lutz, but good for her to try the jump with her arms above her head.

She doesn’t have the best technique in comparison to the earlier skaters either

Yun was the top scorer on the JGP last year for Canada so should be a front runner for selection again this year. I don't know how she made that combo.

I want to like Reese Rose simply because I appreciate this orange dress she's chosen, but her music choice with the screaming cover of "Take Me On" makes it hard.

Many are trying the triple lutz for the first time. Hopefully her score will be corrected in the system soon.

My first time seeing Uliana, she is a bit paint by numbers but I liked that. Sound technically, just as well I think
