FWIW, using SB scores (and CC score for Malinin), this is how the top 12 Worlds skaters rank-
Kagiyama, Zhou, Uno, Cha, Grassl, Vasiljevs
Morisi, Messing, Malinin, Rizzo, Aymoz, Sadovsky
Japanese men's sweep!! Kagiyama for gold; Uno for silver; and Tomono for bronze!
Your thoughts...
ICYMI earlier today, Kao Miura has been replaced by Kazuki TOMONO 268.99 (#14 on SB list), who is just ahead of Kvitelashvili’s 268.62 (#15 SB) - use “Other” to vote for Tomono in the poll.Japanese men's sweep!! Kagiyama for gold; Uno for silver; and Tomono for bronze!
I would love Aymoz on the podium. I would be crying.Shoma and Yuma for sure.
Would LOVE Vincent to be on it as well but I don’t see it happening at all.
Would be happy with Ilia or Cha who I think are somewhat likely.
Think Keegan, Morisi, Matteo and as much as I LOATHE to say it, Grassl, could be longshot spoilers in the event of some freak disaster at the top and clean skates from any of them.
But what will literally make me lose my $hit with JOY is AYMOZ pulling a rabbit out of a hat and winning a medal in front of a home crowd and having an epic meltdown in the KnC.
So would he.I would love Aymoz on the podium. I would be crying.
I think Yuma, Shoma and Cha. Without Nathan, the US men don't have a definite medal contender and are likely to be all over the place.
