As I get older, I realize how much I like Celine Dion. I know she's easy to make fun of, but she really seems like a seriously genuine person with a great heart and she can make some of the most saccharine lyrics sound ok.

I've started to enjoy her in recent years because she's hilarious! That Deadpool 2 music video. The photoshoots outside of Paris hotels, and I LOVE her fashion now (she switched to the same stylist as younger stars like Zendaya).

I think Karen is an underrated choreographer. I realize that I generally like a lot of the programs she's choreographed for other skaters, like Grant Hochstein.

Also, I'm with you about Celine Dion. Her voice was powerful and I kinda of miss that in the age of autotune.

Wasn’t The Storm the music used in either the Eurosport or Match TV segments between/before skating competitions? I remember watching feeds years ago and recognizing this music. And I also think a pairs team used it last year or the year before.

Just throwing this out there: Someone needs to do a "Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" program someday. There are a lot of fun oldies on the soundtrack (if someone could manage to splice together a couple in ways that don't bring death to all our souls), and imagine replicating one of those gorgeous costumes! :swoon:

If 'The Storm' is the second part of the program then that music is considered by me as warhorse music in Canadian skating among the lower tiers. I'm pretty sure one of our JGP pairs teams is using it this year (too lazy to check) and I feel like I hear it more than once in any given summer club comp.

I'm sure Caro will crush it.

Hi tony,

Hannah miller used the entire song in her free skate a few years ago...also joshi helgesson had part of it in her ‘Snow White’ program in 2015 (incidentally one of her best programs) as someone pointed out also used as part of there free program Astakhova/Roginov....However I think Caro will make it her own ....
 
Having seen their short at Finlandia yesterday, I was not impressed. Why on earth can't this team get better packaging???
