The story that @Sylvia has linked contains the entire legal document that was filed by the first two complainants.
TW that the document contains descriptions of SA and other forms of abuse.

Among other things, the document alleges that USFS knew about previous incidents involving Cockerell and inappropriate conduct with minors, before these incidents happened. And it points out that Cockerell was in a position at this rink where he was responsible for ensuring skaters' safety and for the behaviour of other coaches (implying, I guess, that if he was allegedly an abuser himself, he wouldn't be fulfilling those other responsibilities very well).

I think it's three. Two that filed the original complaint, and now the third mentioned in the story today - the story that revealed Cockerell's name.

Even with SafeSport being understaffed and this case apparently involving multiple complainants, that's....a long time.

For one thing they accept very few cases, claiming they are "outside of their jurisdiction." The women behind Gymnasts for Change Canada frequently post about how terrible OSIC is.
