Osiyo! I take Pure Barre classes; if they have a studio in your area, they offer a "platform" class that is more cardio intensive. Xtend Barre studios have several types of cardio/ barre hybrids. I also take hot pilates, which is pilates/tabata. Do you do barre workouts at home or at a studio?

I use extra large disposable litter boxes (which actually last a long time), and litter box liners. I just take up the liner, close then put in the trash, put in a new liner, fresh litter, and it's done. A broom gathers the litter that is kicked out of the box, then a handheld vac cleans it up...

I don't think you went overboard. I had surgery today, and the possibility of infection was definitely on my mind, especially as I saw medical staff and visitors walking around with money in their hands to get breakfast and coffee. There was not a trash can outside the restroom, so I just held...

I have always wondered if he was investigating Peter and Alicia, and if so, when would that be uncovered. I have not seen last night's episode yet.

The post viral cough can be painful. Virus is gone, but the lung tissue is inflamed and damaged. I coughed up buckets of clear mucus, then went back to the doc and got a steriod inhaler. A humidifier helped, too. I hope you feel better soon!
