Mirai was absolutely awesome today in the long program. She landed eight triples, including a 3A (<<, but stood up), and the only mistake besides that was turning out on the very last loop. Her jumps looked very secure, and I don't think she missed one in the warm-up. I feel very confident about...
No, Adam did a longer spread eagle in his 2015 Nats LP. https://youtu.be/cBcusUyB8zE?t=2m32s
That said, his current LP might be my favorite Adam program ever. I love both O and Arrival of the Birds and it's so well-expressed.
The thing is, even if the switch works out amazingly, none of the involved parties except Zhang wanted it to happen from everything that's been said in this thread. As long as Yu, Jin, and Peng (but more so Yu/Jin) weren't okay with the switch, I'll never support it.
 I'm a Sui/Han fan and not much of a Duhamel/Radford fan at all, but when they skated as well as they did at Worlds, it's hard to say they're a "shitty" team. They were definitely not the favorites at Worlds this year, since they had been beaten at GPF by Stolbova/Klimov and Sui/Han...
I mean, I was turned off immediately by that video when she called Adam's quad lutz attempt a triple. Even if she didn't realize it at first, they could've fixed it in post. Somewhat nitpicky, of course.
So proud of him! Definitely my favorite discovery of this season, I love that he goes for programs that are outside the box and does things differently. His jumps have such great technique and are so sound as well.
Jackie Wong, who was at the practice, wrote exactly what happened in an factual way: http://www.rockerskating.com/news/2016/3/31/2016-worlds-practice-notes-day-4-a-note-on-hanyu-ten
I know it's just practice and all, but this quad lutz is insane! Looks clean to me or at least very very close!

Although I myself do not have depression, I know many people who do. Depression is a mental illness that really, really warps your reality and makes things seem so much worse than they are. It's hard for other people to understand, and I am fortunate that I do not have to go through the...
Exactly what I'm thinking. They sent Kevin Reynolds to a senior B competition to get the minimums he needed (I think just the SP?) and when he didn't get them, they sent Nam instead.
I feel bad for Liam, though. I can understand why SC didn't want to send him, but they shouldn't have named him...

Nguyen and Moore-Towers/Marinaro are both in.
The way Google Hangouts works, it automatically switches to the person talking. However, if there's a lot of noise on one end, or if someone makes a noise, it'll switch to them even if they're not talking. The person in charge can manually switch, but it is a pain and it's a lot easier to do the...
