And it would have probably been better for Kaori if they called the flutz. She would still be 2nd but not so close to 1st that it feels like she just barely missed it.

At lunch I went to a place that has a big screen TV. Unfortunately it was tuned to TSN so I got to see grumpy Canadian women hockey players and then snowboard dudes flying through the air.

As far as I'm concerned Kaori is the legitimate gold medalist from 2022. I wanted to see her win here too, but she has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

Figure skating truly saved the best for last. I can't get over what an amazing show the women put on while the world is watching.
