Yup. I don't normally watch practices, but there were no Oly events running live at the time, so I tuned in. Geeezz, really??? I was expecting to at least see other couples when their music was playing.

Well, they switched over to the practice rink and I didn't keep it on long enough to know if he's the only one in his warm-up group that showed up or not. Going to watch some speed skating for a little while before the FD starts.

Turned on the practice stream to Emily & Spencer, so I rewound to watch their SP runthrough - great SBS and perfect throw for her - I hope they can replicate this on Sunday!

ETA - KamO weren't here for this practice - I'm guessing they've gone to Bergamo or are just taking the day off.

No need to fret - Naumov did land a few things at this second practice (Jackie Wong’s notes from Max’s morning practice in the main arena showed him landing several 4S: https://www.rockerskating.com/news/2026/2/1/2026-winter-olympics-practice-notes; Jackie did not cover this practice because he needed to go rest).

MaximCam in practice rink with Vladimir Petrenko (after his FS run through that I could not rewind to watch after the fact): 1S awkward pop, 2A to 2A to 2A, 2S, 2S, 3S, 4S skidded off landing edge/fell & slid. 3A step out/foot down, 2A, 1A, 1A (shakes head), 3A quick step/fell out. Good 3A to 2A, 2Lz, 3Lz+3T, 3F, 2A to camel spin change camel, 2F into flying spin. Footwork/traveling 3turns into spin. Speaks with Benoit Richaud by boards. Cool down stroking.

I don't understand why the one camera has to follow one skater/team the entire session. The plan seems to be: Follow the American only. And if there is no American, stay on the top ranked skater and ignore the rest.

They aren’t even showing the ice now and I know Kao is skating as that’s his music.

I know, it's so aggravating! The other day Olivia and Tim's Dune music was playing, they were doing a runthrough... what did the camera show? C/B, doing couples social skating...

I saw SO many Men's practice clips shared on X yesterday because it was open to the public - Polina Edmunds posted some good clips, for example. ETA: I was going to post a fan cam link to Yuma's 4-min. run through with the audience cheering like mad but it looks like it's been taken down due to copyright.

Men's FS Warm-Up (final 2 groups) is scheduled for 10:45 am Eastern time on Peacock.

I just noticed that Peacock again has a separate Training Livestream showing the practice rink. Saw Olga Mikutina on the ice earlier.
ETA: When I rewound this livestream as far as I could I saw Ellie and Danny warming up or cooling down off ice and Andrew warming up for his practice.

Rewound the Men's Warm-Up to watch YumaCam - he landed a really high 3A to 2A, 3F+2Lo off balance/fall, got up smiling and then did 3F+3Lo just fine.

ETA Yuma's RT: 4S so smooth, marked his planned 4F (did a single), 4T+1Eu+3S good, [marked A/T acc. to Jackie], 3F+3Lo (foot down behind), spreadeagle into high 3A, beautifully arched Ina Bauer ... performed final glorious footwork sequence and spin.

I rewound to Deanna/Max's FS partial run through - she landed 3T+2A+2A at the beginning and a throw 3S with lovely flow out later! She and Max took a selfie at center ice before they left.
