2026 Olys Team Event PBP Day 2 - Will It Be YAYmoz? Or GO!GO!lev?

Scratchy blades the entire time, combo was an obvious stepout but +GOE for now. Quite slow and lacking choreography IMO. Throwing in random transitions that don't really have any kind of cohesion to the program, and even those were barely held and the Ina Bauer-esque quick move he did looked like his blade almost flew out from under him.

Thanks to whoever pointed it out that the spermy jump tracker is actually good for seeing if a spin is centered, I think I’m going to stick it out with the venue feed.

Quite surprised he beat Samoilov. Did Samoilov have a rotation issue? (I’m in the arena and don’t know if the commentators are saying anything.)

Aw ..... well done, Boyang. I just love him. Seems like I've been watching him for decades. I'm so glad that the NBC commentators are giving him the credit he so deserves for advancing the sport. I'm going to miss him.

I suspect single axel means it’s last place for Cha, given how well the others have skated.

Love the program and the 4S was great. Lutz looked flutzy to me with loop at least q if not <

we are between 3 or 4 Carnaval block parties that got postponed due to the rain earlier and are in full swing now. Too hot to close the windows but I'm not sure it would do any good. Laptop speakers at 100%, but basically everyone is skating to samba music today.

Junhwan Cha 🇰🇷
Coach: H.J. Chi, J. Kim
Music: Rain, In Your Black Eyes by Ezio Bosso

4S
3Lz+3Lo
Flying Camel Spin 4

1A* - invalid element
Change Foot Sit Spin 4
Step Sequence 4

Change Foot Combo Spin 4

Things looked so good on the first three elements, and then a single Axel was very unexpected.

83.53 = 3rd Place
