I was going to send Kazuki's practice run through to a friend who is not on social media..but the insertion of God-awful music in the middle..WTH..

Maybe for the non official practices before the event, because for the official ones she definitely had her old costume both times in Chongqing. And the skirt seems to be much shorter on this one anyway
 
Chock’s dress is a vast improvement from China. I don’t think it’s a practice dress either. It didn’t look it from the still photos, but it’s actually fairly blinged out which you can see on the videos much more clearly. I would be surprised something that sparkly would be done for just practice.

Evan’s black outfit looks much better as well.

My only thing would be that her pants being so dark next to the black skirt is kind of a lot of dark fabric. Sheer black tights might be a more interesting look against the skirt. But I’m sure there’s no limit to the costume budget this season and there will probably be more iterations of this outfit to come.
 
One thing I found fascinating was when Jean-Luc Baker said in response to a question about how costumes were cleaned, he said that he and Hawayek had two sets of identical costumes. They wore one for the practices and comps in the first half of the season, and then they wore those in the second half of the season to practices, while wearing the new ones to competitions only in the second half of the season.

These practice ones look more classy and elegant. Much less distracting and I saw Evan and Maddie’s skating not the costumes.
 
Just got home, is everyone getting stands and occasional blips of skaters?

Edit: I went out and came back in and it fixed itself. It was like it was zoomed in to just the top left corner. On my TH so not sure how that happens.

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to ask this question but why can't I see a tile on Peacock for the men's short program?
