Woodley reported that she had been off the ice due to injury during a July competition. I'm going to hope she just hasn't had the reps yet and that her jumps will become steadier and she will breathe life into the choreography once she's had more practice time.

Annika did a really nice job being patient with her opening combo. She looks so tall on the ice, I'm hoping she'll learn to hold her moves just a bit more to make an even more striking impact. Lovely skate!

Sophie Joline's 3T in her combo was called < but the 3A and 3Lo were both called clean.

Only one clean triple/triple combo- 8th place Kaya’s triple toe/triple toe. Top three all under rotated the toe.
Was impressed with Reese Rose - don’t remember seeing her before - but these juniors can change so much from year to year.

Looks like Kirk has a brace on his arm, but it's pretty unobtrusive. Makes me nervous that he still is doing the rippon arms on all his jumps (not commenting on the rotation since I know he was off the ice for a bit with the injury). Still a great performer (one armed cartwheel)!
