It's past midnight here and I'm wondering why I'm even awake at this hour, which is exactly how I felt as a kid when my parents would drag me to a smoke-filled restaurant to hang out with their friends and ignore me when I started whining that I was sleepy and cold and wanted to go home around this time as something like Kulish's music blasted at head-splitting volume in the background.
