I don't hear it myself. I know Rigg did other musicals and got great reviews in them, but to me she sounds like she is doing a more elaborate version of the talk-singing that Rex Harrison did to compensate for his lack of singing ability. She certainly can sing better than Harrison did, but she's also adapting her vocals to the reality that she isn't a big Broadway-style belter. And it works IMO.

But also I am not that familiar with a lot of Miley Cyrus' songs, so I may not be qualified to make the comparison.

I loved her as Emma Peel. Whip-smart, highly educated, gorgeous, humorous, and skilled at karate: everything a man could possibly want in a woman, except for the uncertainty, until her final episode, about whatever happened to Mr. Peel.

Rigg was also the best Bond girl ever, the Contessa Teresa di Vicenzo, and would have made a great 007 herself, had the producers back then been thinking outside the box.

For me it wasn't the music more than the deepness of their voices. But I think young Miley may be deeper than Diana at her oldest. But one reminded me of the other for some reason.

I only knew who she was from GoT, and she owned her character and any scene she was in. From what I've read she was amazing in pretty much any role she played. RIP.

It wasn't easy to find a replacement for Vincent Price in that role, but Diana was equally impressive with her unique style and distinctive voice.

I remember my mom teaching me the meaning of "elocution"--it was Diana Rigg she used as an example and I understood immediately.

Sadly, Diana smoked like a chimney for most of her life. I know Miley likes to smoke pot (or at least she did), so maybe that explains the similarity.
