I am not watching junior ice dance too often, so I can't recall any suitable potential partner for Morozov at his preferable age. Plus it feels uncomfortable to suggest someone younger. At least Victoria is an adult.

In his defense..(cough cough) I believe he actually falls in love with each woman he chases and normally they have lots of qualities which make them really stand out. Maybe after Zullin finishes adding the colours?. Davankova would seem to appreciate maturity in a man....Katsalapov is mentally and emotionally perpetually junior high. I wonder what colours Zullin will add to him.

Just to clarify, I did not think Morozov's wife 'should' pair up with Nikita and he 'should' pair up with Victoria. I was just looking at a way how to spice up the current dance situation, because compared with the past it is a bit tame. But of course, I am not naive enough to think that it would be happening. Saying that, how many wives did Zhulin have? He did mention something about adding colours to Victoria, so maybe he will spice it up for us.

The best way to spice up the current Russian dance situation is to start showing some great programs and winning World medals. Drama without winning is nothing.

Can't believe I missed this interview. I too find Zhulin's comments about Dubova's group back then to be awfully funny when you consider what went down.

If it hasn't been done already, I'd also love for someone to interview Dubova and ask her for her version of what had happened. First starting with her conflict with Klimova & Ponomarenko in 1990/1991, her fallout with Grishuk and then later Platov in 1992, and what happened with Navka & Gezalian after the 1994 Worlds. I wonder how much it'll differ relative to what was said by others.
