I've read that too. I've seen it discussed on the Russian forum a lot like it's a fact, so my understanding is that either Alina or Eteri mentioned Alina's condition in one of their interviews.

My understanding is that Zagitova has been coping with both a growth spurt of several inches and with Osgood-Schlatter disease. Given all that, I think she's doing very well so far this season.

It's Pogo who has Shlatter's disease and she talked about it since Jan. 2017. (but then on Russian chats some "Medvebots" and "Pogobots" started making insinuations, based on few faulty posts from a person who confused Pogo and Zag in an article "Med's biggest competition" (which was supposed to be Pogo, but people mistook for Zag).
