Can someone who knows who to ask find out why - is it a mistake? Can someone post both links please?

I'm pretty sure they're not geoblocked by mistake. Asking is just going to get them all geoblocked. There's no way NBC/Peacock is okay with shared streaming rights for the US.

That article doesn't say that though. It talks about bringing skating to an International streaming audiences, but then mentions countries where no broadcaster or entity would have the rights. Skate Canada making this available to all territories on purpose implies that Skate Canada has purchased or controls the international rights, not the ISU. I had thought previously the ISU controlled international rights to the GP series. This also then implies that the broadcast rights for the Grand Prix series are fragmented.

Which also implies then that NBC/Peacock is okay, even reluctantly, with non-exclusive streaming rights for the US.

I'm still leaning on the availability in the U.S. being human error.
