that was some of the strangest music editing ever.

I... wanted more from that. Like, I wish they'd leaned into the moments of camp at the very end for the whole time. If they were going to use soundtrack songs from different films that don't relate, like just do an aerobics program or something. The skating looked great but the sum of the program was less than its parts

agreed. They are very kiss inspired or rock inspired
I think it's supposed to be super-hero inspired. They went with a very literal interpretation of "hero".

I love the Italians. They don't necessarily have the best programs, but they actually skate and actually dance. It's not just a series of moves in between highlight lifts CoughChockCoughCough and they're fairly evenly matched. I look at them as a team, not as which one is better than the other and should skate with Somerville. I always know I'm going to get quality from them. Maybe not the best or most memorable, but something worth watching.

I felt there was going to be a push from F/G for World bronze last year (figured G/F would be dumped to that position), and it looks like the same shit might end up happening this year.

It wasn't Charlene and Marco's absolute best performance, but there's no way in hell the points should be that close. Lilah and Lewis actually beat them by half a point on TES, too.

Well, well, well... Marie-France is making it clear she wants that Euros title back in the IAM camp this season...

Between the idea of FearGib at the top of and DavSmo on that podium in Kaunas, I worry FSU might combust, lol.

Agreed. When I say I want to like them, I'm referring to the program itself a d costuming, not their ability. I appreciate that they skate and dance and not just pose and pout. And get flung around like a sack of potatoes. Their lack of difference in height is a challenge. I appreciate them as a team. I'm just not a fan of the music cuts and the packaging overall

What's your ranking if you base it on skating? :saint:
Honestly, with Worlds in Canada, I would expect the top 2, but I don't think G/F will be off the podium. Of course, this is assuming everyone skates their best.
