From the field of 48 Jr Women, the top 24 will move on to the FS.
With an even number of warm-up groups, the first resurfacing will be after the 2nd group

Ted says 3Tq and 3Fq! - 53.93 - not sure I agree with that score at all.

3a-3t< with step out, 2a, 3f, combo spin was nice with excellent positions, interpretation still skating like this is what her choreographer told her to do.

This next warm-up group presented some real challenges for Ted with their names, lol.

No idea, but I hope Veronika makes it.

Last year it was 53.35 with 46 women.

For comparison's sake with the men - there were 41 men last year and the cutoff for qualifying was 62.12; this year the cutoff wound up being 61.31; ice dance isn't really comparable - there were 31 teams last year vs 25 this year.

Also, jr women can't do a 3A for the axel jump - only a 2a or 1a; so her only option is in the combo if she wants to do the 3a. I'm not sure it's really worth the risk since her combo has only been clean once this season.
