Go into your Preferences - there is a place to set your time zone. The time stamp for posts should match whatever time zone you have set.
ETA: I still have my time set for PST, so it shows that you posted at 2:13am, even though it's after Noon where I am right now and I don't think you posted this 10 hours ago.
