Say,what move does everyone here enjoy the most in each Discipline of Figure Skating? Mine are...In Freestyle I'd say....Spirals. In Pairs I'd say...One-Handed overhead Lifts....In Synchronized Skating I'd say...Team Lifts. In Ice-Dance I'd say...Kilian-Holds. For Solo Ice-Dance I don't know much about the elements..So I'd say I like it all. What about you all?

@FSWer the elements in solo ice dance are the same as in partnered ice dance - twizzles, spins, step sequences, pattern dance steps, and choreographic elements like Ina Bauers and spread eagles. Except the skaters are doing them on their own, without a partner.

Straight footwork, quick, in perfect time to music (singles and pairs) … old fashioned style! Just look at any Singles or Pairs finals in an Olympics in the 1960s and see it.

Dance - the quicker old CDs, such as Paso Doble, Quickstep, or Yankee Polka.
