As I get older I find myself spending less and less time going all out jumping & spinning on sessions. But you can always slow down & work on less strenuous moves, like swizzles, spirals, & 3 turns. Even skating forward and around the rink is still good exercise! Have fun!Say, I was thinking about this...Does anyone know if there's anything skaters can do if they feel themselves tiring out while skating so they can keep going? Is there an actual answer to this? Thanks.
