Odd one. I just opened fsu and a msg just popped up and avg said it prevented it from opening because it is a dangerous web page. Wth. Threat category Html:Script-inf [susp]. I scanned nothing there. I am using my cell which obviously doesn't have a problem. Cleared cache.......what am I missing?

I got a message from someone else about this.

She got a message saying infected with HTML: script-Inf (Susp) if that means anything.

I have been unable to access FSU for several hours because my Norton Antivirus software decided it was a dangerous website. I tried a bunch of stuff to get in, including turning off my VPN and restarting my computer after getting a message that the problem could be because the website was down. It wasn't; Sharpie confirmed that it was running when I messaged her through Facebook.

I am back on. It seems Ad Tracker Blocking was the problem. Norton did a bunch of updates recently and I guess that one took longer to go into effect or something and gave a false report to whatever decides websites are dangerous. Maybe. I don't really know why, but at least I'm back.

@pat c If you have Norton, go to Privacy, Secure VPN, and Ad Tracker Blocking and change the setting to off.

Can you (or anyone else this is happening to) provide a screenshot please?
I took one with my cell. I can't seem to copy it to here, so email or something and I'll send it to you.

It's a conflict with something. I had just finished installing a new printer and it kept updating the drivers. That's when the problem started. I still get the msg but now I can cancel it and read fsu. Before I couldn't and I did a virus scan, looked at my ad blockers and nothing stood out. Very annoying. Thanx for your answer, glad you're back. :)

Last night I also had that same message from my avast antivirus. I messaged FSU on FB messanger but wasn't sure if the FSU page was being monitored. I'm really glad all is back to normal this morning....

@Prancer

I'm also getting spammy type redirections. Can you confirm my subscription just expired today? Is the renewal alert legit? Thanks

@Coco and anyone else--If you can access SS or the competition forums, your subscription is still good and you should ignore the spammy emails. If you can't access SS or the competition forums, your subscription has probably expired and you should contact @SHARPIE.

Tagging @Server Guy about this Chrome issue.

Hello @Server Guy as soon as I renewed, the adds stopped and the redirection stopped.

But it was similar to what has happened on an unsecure website where you are scrolling along and then all of a sudden it takes you to a webpage that promises some kind of prize if you click on a link.

I find these reports interesting. I use Chrome and it's never happened to me. I wonder what the difference is.

Most likely because we have different add-ins and different security levels set. Poor server_guy as it’s a nightmare to debug issues.

@Server Guy, it just happened to me here on my computer and I think I know the problem. The unsecure website was actually one of the ads that accidently got clicked on when I was trying to log in.
