Great episode and I knew breaking it down element by element was going to come out in the French team's favor. They are just that good, even with the mistakes.

I know there has to be a way to compare apples to apples, but the biggest issue I have with IJS is the way the parts are greater than the whole. The PCS should be the way to judge the big picture, but it can't overcome the massive GOE the +5 system gives.

Really interesting breakdown. I found it very informative and appreciated the discussion at the end around the scoring system being an issue. It’s going to sound sappy, but it did help me process my frustration with the result, and I appreciated you taking the time to do it.
