NextGen – Skate Canada
I'm not familiar with a lot of these skaters. Congrats to Corey Circelli who managed to make it for singles and ice dance!

Gogo makes both the National Team and NextGen; that means he gets both funding streams, I guess?
who was novice 3.I am still perplexed that ladies Novice 1,2,4,5,7 are listed and not Novice 3. Yes, it is probably about the jumps, but if the others actually have those jumps in competition, then 4,5, and 7 would have beat 3.
Emily Millard's birthday is April 2004 so she is age eligible.Could it be an age thing? The selection document says the skaters "should" be age eligible for the JGP (should, not must).
2019 Novice men's champion Wesley Chiu is also assigned to Halloween Cup in Budapest, Hungary, October 17-20, 2019 (competition thread is started in the Kiss & Cry section). IIRC, this competition has had a free live stream in the past.Emma Bulawka and Emily Millard are entered in the Halloween
cup. Both are eligible for the YOG, so that's two more with a chance to get scores and qualify.
The list was done sept 4th.Not included:
Reagan Scott J3 (eta: I believe she is around 15 now; previously competed in U.S. representing Hershey FSC in PA)
Emily Millard N3 (eta that she was 14 at the time of Canadians: https://www.nsnews.com/sports/north...ls-at-figure-skating-u17-nationals-1.23611753 )
Britannie Grenier N6
Personally, I think the junior & novice medalists should be included in the NextGen team based on Nationals results alone.

I missed seeing the Junior Dance entries for Halloween Cup... it was pointed out to me on Twitter that the 2019 Novice Dance champs/NextGen Team's Sophia Kagolovskaya & Kieran MacDonald also are assigned to this international.2019 Novice men's champion Wesley Chiu is also assigned to Halloween Cup in Budapest, Hungary, October 17-20, 2019
