Oddly enough, this link https://www.eurovisionsports.tv/isu/single-pair-skating-ice-dance/live.html?id=2419 wasn't geoblocked in the United States during Skate America, so it might work in both the U.S. and Mexico for Skate Canada.

The ISU eurovisionsports streaming of the Grand Prix has been working in Mexico for several seasons to date so that will be your option

I thought this was an announcement thread about the next location for an upcoming Skate Canada event. It would be nice to go to the beach after the day's skating has completed.
