Ronnie Spector passed away today at the age of 78. She was most famous for The Ronettes song Be My Baby as well as Baby I Love You. Walking In The Rain was another hit song for her group (which was nominated for a Grammy award). The Ronettes first single was released in 1961 and Ronnie continued to release music as recently as her 2016 album, English Heart. Spector was also featured on Eddie Money's #4 hit Take Me Home Tonight in 1986.

Spector died of cancer. :(

I'm really saddened by this. I still have the 45 record by Eddie Money and play it frequently because I totally loved to hear Ronnie joining in with " Be my little baby, baby my darling". She had a one of a kind voice just like Stevie Nicks.

RIP, Ronnie. You will be missed by many. ??
