Screen Name too Similar?

Sorry for interrupting, but I don't know where to post this: My screen name is Lacey, which I have had for about 12 years, something over 11,000 posts. Now there is a person with 14 posts and the name is Laceylou. I feel that name is too similar to mine? Can it be changed?
