@gkelly and I were just having a chat about this, and think it would be a good exercise.
We think we could gather enough interest to rescore the top 10 at the 2006 Olympics as judges, and possibly gather TP members too.
So here's a post to scout for interest to that end.
IMO, we don't need a TP, and I'm personally more interested in the judging, but @gkelly said she might be interested in finding the old calling rules and go through it with any members who might be interested in doing so.
Here's how we believe it would work:
1. FSU judges assign GOEs and PCS each according to our own understanding of the 2006 guidelines. (would need someone to get those guidelines)
2. Get the SoV so we can grade the GOE. SoV also needed if we do the TP calls. This can also be done if there's already a website for rescoring.
3. Accumulate the results. If TP exists, then add in their calls. Or add the calls in later, because it's all just an exercise.
I think we can do 5 judges each (not necessarily the same 5 each for both events, in case some are not interested in both events). And TP can be 3 members.
