I guess the most interesting quotes will be in Russian media within the next few hours.

And the documentary should be available on Vk, but don’t know about geoblock
Listened to the first part - there is nothing to quote. It's a piece of fluff about absolutely nothing.

Tarasova on Nekrasov: they did the twizzles 3m from me, what is it, the huge guy, what are you coming to the practices for? It's not a 3a, it's just a turn!

Tarasova luuuurves Khavrnonina/Narizhny. Tarasova: I will not tell you the steps, no one cares about it, you don't see them anyway.

Am sure there is Khavrnonina somewhere, I only noticed Narizhny

Tarasova on Ezhlov: he was shaking on his twizzles, as a single skater he haven't shown anything, but he will be a good partner.

Tarasova on Kolomenskaia/Frolov: there were a lot of steps, a lot of elements but there was no dance.

Have a feeling Trankov took some language lessons. Now instead of sounding authentic he sounds like a really bad acting pupil. Though by the 2nd question he forgets about the lessons and goes back to swallowing 3/4 of the wovels

Skating Barbie and Ken with the win. I don't know how Bukin can see where he's going with his hair flopping in his face.

Boi/Koz got the first spot in the draw. Their Kill Bill SP is better than Mish/Gals SP, but Mish/Gal have the edge in the FS. It all depends on Boikova's nerves.

Moskvina just shoved a bunch of weights out of the way so she could sit down on the bench in the warm up area.

Well, damn. Boikova had a hard fall on the throw. First time in the entire season and it really impacted the entire program. They are devistated in the KnC as they both know gold is gone. I feel so sorry for her.

Well, interesting event. I knew Boi/Koz (3rd) would be in a fight for gold, but nobody expected them to have to fight for silver. Mukhortova/Evgeniev (4th) ( and Khabibullina/Knyazhuk (currently 2nd) skated very well, especially the double K's who have been injured and didn't really compete on the GP events. They are the future after Boi/Koz and Mish/Gal retire.

Am not sure a clean Mishina/Galliamov would beat a clean Muira/Kihara, frankly.

I am.

No idea which of the men will end up top 3. The draw is all over the place. It's been a long time since the Russian men were more exciting than the women. Dikidzhi has been practicing the 4A, but I don't think he's ready to try it in competition. Ugozhaev has had a good season, Kondratyuk could skate well or not depending, Semenenko is skating well and Gummenik has had some issues with injury. Aliev hurt his knee early in the season, but has actually done well on the GP events as has Lutfullin. So, it should be Dikidzhi who comes out on top, but we'll see. Ignatov is Ignatov and it's good Trusova has a job in Plushenko's show and a lot of endorsements as he's not bringing home any prize money.

Fedorov playing invisible drums and guitar and bombing his program full-time is what figure skating nightmares are made of.

First group was a real quad fest: 6 skaters = 12 quads (2 falls from baby Federov).

If you're going to watch any of the Russian nationals this season, the men is the comp to watch. This is crazy.

Poor Ugozheav. The boy has real talent, but National pressure was too much for him. He's just a kid, but he'll learn to deal with pressure.

The first two groups have probably been one of the overall best skated Russian men's nationals SP events in a long time. Last group has Aliev and Samsonov who has had a good season so far, and a real favorite in Vetlugen. Matvey doesn't have the quad repertoire as the rest of the field, but he's an exquisite skater in the Kolyada mode.

Do they generally post a full replay of the events or as I see, just the individual skates?

You should see full replays on tv1. I'm not certain if ru.tube will have full replays or not. The FS is going to be crazy. Semenenko is probably going for 6 quads to make up lost ground, Dikidzhe has an excellent FS and so does Kondryatuk (who is currently in the lead). Gumennik (2nd) has a stronger SP than FS and may give Semenenko some help if he lands all 6 quads. And, my favorite Aliev will make me cry as usual.

Last group to go.

Missed the ending of Ugozhaev because some Russian-speaking Jehova's witnesses showed up in front of my door. Poor baby.

His season best is over 300 so it wasn't lack of talent, but none of the smaller events is like nationals. Hope he has a redemption skate in the FS.
