I don't see a way to use the quote function, other than having to write it out. It used to be behind a plus sign in the edit bar. Am I just not seeing it?

I'm on my pc so I don't know if it's different with a smart phone.

Click on <-Reply down by the like button. If you want to quote multiple people you would use the +Quote and then click on "Insert Quotes... under the space where you would type your reply. It allows you to rearrange multiple quotes if you +Quoted them.

Sorry, wasn’t referring to the multi-quote. I was referring to doing things like pull-quotes from other articles and sites, then putting it between the quote tags

In the bar above where I'm typing right now one of the options is 3 dots. It's a drop down menu and the quote option is there.
