Pyeongchang - what are the plans for the board, please

For summer Olympics it's not an issue but for winter Olympics, I'm wondering how the board will be organized. Will skating events be in Kiss 'n Cry and only open to subscribers? Will the rest of the Olympic discussion be elsewhere? I've forgotten how Sochi was done.

Does that include the general Olympic discussions - Opening Ceremonies etc. - as well as other sports like Hockey, skiing, and curling?
