I suspect we've done the most damage to our own planet. Unless our space messages reach some not-so-friendly entity and turned their attention toward earth. This is a recurring theme in SciFi, largely based on what happened to indigenous populations when they met people who did not have their best interests at heart. A lot of SciFi authors feel payback is due. But, who knows? Otherwise, the biggest threat to Earth is the space junk in orbit. But, the technological feat of launching that rocket 10 months ago and getting the trajectory right to hit that little moon is impressive. This couldn't have happened without the advance in computer power.
Asteroids are always bumping into things and changing trajectories.
Now there may be some butterfly effect where this asteroid now bumps into something new that it wouldn't have before and then that sets off a change and somehow a planet five galaxies away gets hit with a big one that maybe it wouldn't have before. But that could happen naturally anyway. And has happened to Earth before.
