PayPal Issue

Overnight, a glitch happened which meant PayPal was taking payments but not communicating with the site so subscriptions were not automatically updated.

We are looking to fix this as a matter of urgency and have just manually upgraded those affected. My apologies for the inconvenience.

This problem is now (hopefully) resolved. Again, apologies to those affected overnight who didn’t have the upgrade applied until this morning. I have added an extra week to your subscription for the trouble. If anyone has issues that are similar to this then please post here.
