Hey, everyone!!! I just wanted to report in to say that I made excellent progress with my On-Ice Training with Nick today!!! We did a little Cardio by practicing One-Foot Glides and Knee-Dips. As well as (what Nick would call it), Over-head Sand throws. I'm not sure if any of you have done that with your coaches. But if anyone here has, you might know what I'm talking about. Also a couple of skaters let me practice with them and took me around the Rink. I am also proud to report that I FINALLY got the confidence to get away from the wall all by myself!! I am hoping to return to the Rink next week. But I'll see how it goes. That's all for now.
