The Miss America Organization announced that the 100th anniversary competition will be held Dec. 16 at the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, Connecticut.

This pageant organization has really run itself into the ground. Gone are Regina Hopper and Gretchen Carlson, CEO and Board Chair respectively. But Shantel Krebs is the new head, and has been a disaster. This might be the last time it's shown, and it's not clear that it will even be broadcasted. Probably end up on Peacock or some pageant streaming website. RIP, MAO.
