Leanza Cornett, Miss America who was crusading AIDS activist, dies at 49

Sadly, Eva Leanza Cornett passed away after a severe head injury two weeks ago in her home. She was a wonderful Miss America and took a gamble to promote HIV education as her Miss America 'platform'. I remember her from when she was an ET host, but I didn't know about the AIDS activism. It sounds like she was amazing. RIP
