Kolyada Withdrawn from Olympics, Replaced by Semenenko

Sure. but even at less than 100% he is at least 150% more watchable then Semeneko :slinkaway
IMO they both are watchable :). They both are recognizable on their own. Though, Semenko is in search for his own identity as a skater; so he is not yet there (and, perhaps, even not yet close to it)
Kolyada is Kolyada... and his White Crow is more than a program- it is a real masterpiece... Kolyada's skating itself is distinct. He was able to show his own soul and love for skating through White Crow program, just mho.

Russian skaters have been paranoid about taking anything since the whole doping scandal began.
So, they don't take anything without checking out what it is first and checking it is not on the WADA doping list.
Also, team doctors only give out vitamins after blood tests indicate a deficiency.

There is too much at stake for Russian athletes to blindly take any old stuff a doctor may give them.
When you wrote this, I was going to answer but figured - let's not even go there, it won't happen. Now that it happened, I will write what I was going to back then:

Certains skaters will question. Certain skaters - too young, too groomed, too confident in their coaches - may not.

Clearly this information doesn’t pertain to Eteri’s skaters. :shuffle:
