Junior Europeans and Junior 4CC (Hopefully Exist)

I'd like it if they existed - after all, the European Youth Games only happen every other year and the southern hemisphere equivalent includes summer sports only - but I don't know who'd put up their hands to run it, given the costs and the general lack of audience for junior events. I'd think the number of entries should be based on the previous year's results, same as the senior versions, though of course the first year would need a different process just to get things started!

I'm thinking when the Junior and Senior Grand Prix Series Finals were combined, that a Junior Europeans and Junior Four Continents should be run in conjunction with the senior events, too.

Four Continents is always about getting up the numbers. Since TES minimums came into play, it's pretty rare for events to feature more than 24 in men's and ladies' singles.

If determining teams was based on combined athlete placement totals for each division, I think pairs would struggle the most.

Though it still isn't the actual qualifying competition for the World Championships for many countries, at least Four Continents feels less like a Senior B these days.
