Say,I was wondering that. Is there anything for skaters who place 5 and below?

@FSWer not in the US Figure Skating system. In ISI (Ice Skating Institute) competitions, there are ribbons for placements below 3rd.

There’s also ribbons in USFS for basic skills. At least, at my club’s competition. I can’t vouch for any others.
