Ice Dance off season changes 2019

I know there is already a thread for Canadian skaters but I thought we should make a thread for everyone. We can discuss coaching changes, splits, teams moving up, new partnerships, etc.

Does anyone know if the shibutanis or ilinykh/soloviev are competing next season?

Chloe Dan TSOI and Long You Zimou (Jim) WANG, 27th at Junior Worlds for TPE, are both listed on IPS. Both are 16 and coached by Shpilband/Camerlengo in Novi, MI. She wants to continue representing TPE, while he has USA citizenship and previously competed in Novice Dance at U.S. Sectional Championships.

U.S. junior teams that competed on the JGP this past fall - partner (*) currently is listed on IPS:

Jocelyn HAINES / *James KOSZUTA
Alina EFIMOVA / *Alexander PETROV
Katarina WOLFKOSTIN / *Howard ZHAO
Katarina DELCAMP / Maxwell GART (per her Instagram a few days ago)
Emma GUNTER / Caleb WEIN (split before Nationals)

Eva Kuts & Dmitrii Mikhailov of Russia-3rd at JGP Austria (She is on IPS)

Amanda Peterson & Stephano Schuster-22nd at Junior Worlds representing Germany, she's American (Both are on IPS)

Yuka Orihara & Lee Royer-5th at Canadian Junior Nationals, she's Japanese-(She is on IPS)

Polina Pankova & Anton Spiridinov of Russia-5th in juniors at Mentor Torun Cup-(He is on IPS)


We also lost at least a couple junior dance teams mid-season after the JGP and prior the Junior Worlds:

Buga & Pokhilyuk-4th at JGP Kaunas, represented Azerbaijan, both are Russian (He is on IPS)

Lara Luft & Asaf Kazimov-represented Germany, he's Russian (She is on IPS).


Retirements:
Per the Russian forums, Alla Loboda has retired & is now coaching. (No confirmation on this as of now).
