.Hey everyone!!!! If you all are looking for a fun way to help with your On-Ice and Off-Ice Training. Here's something that I've found works for me..Why not try this...If any of you are working on lifting your legs or doing any kind of stretches ether on Ice or off and can get a hold of music of any kind try holding your legs or whichever part of the body your using up in whatever way to any point in a song that you choose.
