Grease Live

Do you mean not good material for an skating program or not good as a play/movie? I adore this musical & cannot only sing all the words but do almost all the dialogue. And I loved the casting for the movie. I missed this TV production so I'll check it out on the CNN website.
I don't like the show; I didn't even like it seeing it when it first started on Broadway nor the movie, despite the fact that I like Travolta and olivia n-j. I also have never liked it for skating either. Personal taste.

I've downloaded the soundtrack and have probably rewatched all the musical numbers about 5 times now (still amazed with the quick changes in Greased Lightning). Still in love with Jordan Fisher (Doody)'s song, and the inadvertent sexual tension between Doody and Danny when they sing together at the end of it. And still love Vanessa Hudgens There Are Worse Things I Could Do, and the finale (risky to put everyone's lives in the hands of the actors there). And after so many viewings, I have noticed their microphones now (the flesh-coloured cords run up their backs - you can see them taped to the back of the guys necks, and you can see Julianne's during You're The One That I Want, and you can see Aaron's battery pack (blocking the view of his ass) when he's wearing his short shorts.)

ETA: The guy who played Leo (leader of The Scorpions gang) was Sam Clark, aka Ringo on Neighbours!!! I thought he looked familiar.
