Forum upgrade

I am using safari on my iPad and I see the fsu banner but I have the other problem I just mentioned.

Yes, I'm able to log in like I usually do with it not requiring a security code now. It is my old password, and now I see you had trouble, too.

I don't know what to tell you about having to log in every time, however. I always log out when I leave FSU. I just feel safer doing it that way. It doesn't take but a second for me to sign in.

I only log out of my financial accounts (and if I forget,the bank does it for me). I never log out of fsu or Facebook. Now I have to enter a password for both.

I guess I'm just the opposite of you. I log out of every place, especially if I visit my bank or pay something online. After I've logged out, the place I've visited suggests closing the browser for security purposes. I even use a tracks eraser.

I especially sign out of FB because some of my friend's accounts have been hacked before. Recently, one of my cousin's and two of my friend's accounts was hacked. They had to make a new FB acct. It really doesn't take but a second to sign in here and on Facebook, and I'm glad that I made it habit to sign out.

I received the alert notification again this morning, but I've decided to ignore it because it doesn't do any good to try and change it. I worked on trying to change my password for about twenty minutes the last time. I'm just wondering if there's a glitch with trying to change it. Here's the alert I received.

Your current password isn't unique and may have been compromised. We recommend that you change your password.

I don't know why my password isn't unique because I've used a combination of both letters and numbers.
 
Once again, I received an alert that my password is compromised and need to change. Last time I got a similar message, I changed my password and tried to log in with the updated password. It didn't work. So I used my old (compromised) password, and it worked. It's very strange.
I did not change my pw today.

Should I just ignore the alert from now on?

I'm not sure what to suggest to you. I guess it's up to you if you wish to try again. I made the decision not to take another chance on trying to change my password for one reason. I'm afraid I may compromise something if I try again. Then I wouldn't be able to sign in at all.

I had a problem of signing in because I couldn't sign into my email to receive the security code I need every 30 days. I believe Microsoft went wacko today. I even changed my password with my Microsoft account, and it still says I tried signing in to my email acct. too many times.

I'll try to sign back in to my email tomorrow, but at least I got on FSU by using the link you provided. When I clicked on it, I saw my username and was signed in. Since I'm signed in now, I won't change the password. Still haven't figured that out, but I've decided just to stay signed in from now on so I won't have that problem again.
 
Can we have a rainbow flag reaction emoji on this website :shuffle: I think we need it in general because this is THE sport for it, but especially with the constant news of certain things happening...
 
I like these two also. I already use one, but I just discovered another that's pretty cool, too. 🤪 🌮. It's okay if there's not enough room to add them. I'll just use them when I post, especially 🌮

The only main reaction I think is missing is an angry one. I’m not sure a rainbow or fajita would get much use as a like/reaction but maybe I’m just not expressive enough :lol:

I agree about the angry response, Id like to see one, but can understand a rational behind it. Being overly used.

I also agree the need to limit responses.

This, the angry one or a down thumbs as a dislike/disagree, but I can see the rationale on why these types of reactions aren't available.

ITA! I don't want an angry one, but I do like the zany one because "you know who" acts that way all the time! 🤪🤪🤪

I would definitely LOVE the 🤪 added to the like/react button because even I get excited and go 🤪 during skating season!! :lol:
