I gasped when I saw this. I fell in love with Dwight Clark when I was walking by a t.v. and they were showing the small pictures of the players before the game. I stopped. Silly, I know. This is Bengals country, but it was during the Dynasty years and I became a 49ers fan. My ex-husband got me a 49ers jersey for Christmas when we were dating! I still have my sweatshirt. Years ago, I was wearing it when I went to Kroger the day of a playoff game and a guy with a Green Bay sweatshirt (who they were playing) came toward me and we growled at each other and laughed. 49ers lost.
Anyway, that's my girlie take on this sports topic. So sad.
