McBPark - much better 3tw today! Their SBS 3t+2a+2a were so far apart that they weren't even in the same camera frame, lol. And their SBS 3s - she doubled, but again, not even close to in synch or near each other. Excellent throw 3lo! Much better start already compared to yesterday's disaster skate. The program is totally bland, but at least they were able to have a good skate today.

Why tinkly Somewhere in Time when it's gorgeous on it's own?

Between Korovin and Efimova, I don't know how they ever skated together. He always looks ready to rage at something and she can't look any more uninterested. I don't know that he's even ever looked at Gamez.

This team has improved a bit, but REALLY scratchy skating that is very audible even on the TV.

GamKor - issues on both of their jumping passes; nice throw 3lo though! I do think their lifts are more solid since they moved to New Jersey to work with Krasnopolski. They're just happy to be here.

In the not-at-all insightful department, it's kind of amazing that the throw 3S is still such an important part of pairs skating over 45 years since they were first performed.

I don't know that he's even ever looked at Gamez.

Even when he's facing her, his gaze is always 6 inches over her head. He's like an automaton.

Slept thru the first 3 events (first full night of sleep this week!), but woke up in time for pairs. Looking at BINGO, I actually got 2 bingo's just with the list from @MacMadame! Were there any terrible costumes from the Men that need to be destroyed?

Maybe when Isabella retires, Sofia Frank can move into pairs and Korovin can skate with her and still represent the Philippines. Sofia may actually land a triple from time to time, lol.

I would have tossed Adam's Dune costume. It just didn't work for me and we've seen so much better this season.
