Hopefully Gangsta's Paradise is just retired for the rest of time. It was one of the most horrible programs I've seen, seriously.

4Lz+3T was tight throughout, giving +2 at this point is generous. 4T.. meh. The rest of his GOE is actually quite accurate IMO, especially the Axel when he gets tight and has no flow out.

I'll be curious to see the PCS here. The program is much better.

I agree, this program is better than "Gangsta's Paradise" - it's folly to have two different SPs and try to train them through the whole season. Hopefully Adam & B E N O I T realizes this and sticks with this one.

I'm a sucker for a good "Ladies in Lavender" program, so Sato gets extra points just for that (even though his blouse looks more denim blue). Give him 100 finally. Sigh. Maybe at the GPF.

Shaidorov: much better than his first GP and it's like he actually discovered a few choreographic moments!

Siao Him Fa: Meh, both of his SP's are terrible. This is modestly better than faux hoodie "Gangster Paradise," but still anemic. Treacley French emo that seems better suited for Amoyz than Adam.

Egadze: these PCS are a joke. Jumps done, but no tension, extension, point, commitment to expression.

Rizzo: I feel like Matteo has skated this program longer than Ashley Wagner stuck with "Moulin Rouge," and it's not like it's getting better... even when he's relatively clean like it was here.

Jin: wuz gifted. Jumps done but little run out. Presentation better than when he emerged on the scene as a jumping bean, but is still not a high point. I'd settle for either of his compatriot in Boston.

The men have rained on my parade. So many men I’m not a fan of in the line up here: Boyang Jin, Shaidorov, Egadze (and his Torgy rip off program) top the list. If Grassl had been here I would have ended up in a coma

The only two men I really enjoyed were Sato and Vasilievs (even with the pop).

I’m usually a big fan of Adam, but dislike both of his short programs this year. And he doesn’t seem himself yet. No back flips in the short please!!!

Oh well.
