I think by next Olympic cycle (2022), there will (should) be a full time women's 4 bobsleigh event on the World Cup schedule (though one wonders if only USA/CAN/RUS/GER would have enough athletes/resources to field a competitive 4 woman team).

Ya I'd agree with that. They sure paved the way for it to happen, thats for sure.
