I hope everyone is well.
I have an employee relations/HR situation that I would like to get some advice about. I am struggling in my work environment. To be honest, this is not a conversation that would be appropriate to devote an entire thread to within our forum, but I am looking for some insight.
If you have any HR experience, or have any familiarity with employee relations, I would really appreciate it if you could DM me. At that point I can provide more information.
