Best photo sharing sites

in the past I had used Flickr to share my photos. Haven't used them in at least two years. Not sure if I want to go back because last time it didn't let me log in and/access my photos.

I do share them on Facebook from time to time, as either albums or small groups of pics. However, not everyone is my friend on FB. My FB page is open to friends only.

I want share some photos from my recent trip with only those who traveled with me, but I don't want to clog their emails with too many photos.

I know what Dropbox is but last year someone clogged my Dropbox by sharing too much material and as of today I don't have a Dropbox.

Any suggestions for photo sharing websites that are free, easy to use, and can connect groups of photos (could be separate albums) with groups of people?

The easiest way is to make facebook albums. If you click on the cog top right hand corner of your album, you will find a "get link" option allowing you to share the album with people who are not facebook users. Anyone with the link can see the album.

I think you still have to make the album public for people who are not Facebook friends to be able to see it...

According to facebook "You can use this link to share this photo album with anyone, even if they don't have a Facebook account. Anyone with the link will be able to see your photo album." So it seems not

I was wondering about that. The people I want to send this to were on the tour with me and I have their email addresses but they are not 'friends' on fb. I don't think everyone will want to become a friend.

You don't. I regularly share my albums with people who are not facebook friends.
